‘The application also includes the conversion of the existing shop to form a new reception and small shop area for users of the site.

‘The shop has been operated by three local businesses and is not a viable commercial facility in this location, and is now redundant.

‘Lucker Hall has extremely high occupancy levels throughout the year and the additional studio unit will be a welcome addition to the site.’
