Alnwick restaurant seeks planning permission to create extra rooms
Plans for extra visitor accommodation at a popular Alnwick restaurant and bar have been lodged.
Refurbishment works to convert an attic to guest bedrooms and create a single-storey rear extension are planned at The Dirty Bottles on Narrowgate.
‘The proposals would generate additional employment opportunities within the town centre,’ states the report.
A separate proposal would see The Dirty Bottles extend into the adjoining former Oscars nightclub.
