Oliver! The Musical, by Coquetdale Amateur Dramatics Society, Jubilee Hall, Rothbury. Saturday February 12 to Monday, February 13 and Wednesday, February 16 to Friday, February 18.

BASED on the story by Charles Dickens, this production features many of the now world famous songs as it traces Oliver’s adventure from riches to rags and back again.

The Coquetdale production has cast 10-year-old Harry Monks in the leading role – the youngest performer to take such a position in the drama group’s history.

And following an appeal in the Northumberland Gazette, a real dog will be playing Bill Sykes’ vicious sidekick, Bullseye.

The show promises a wealth of family fun and laughter. Tickets are on sale from Tully’s of Rothbury.
