The first of many touring productions will be coming to Shilbottle Community Hall next weekend.
A puppet show will be stagedbased on Hans Christian Andersen’s hugely popular tale of teeny tiny girl, Thumbelina.
Shilbottle Community Hall is now working in partnership with Highlights Rural Touring Scheme to bring a range of shows to the village.
Thumbelina will ensure the children don’t miss out and is one of the most popular shows in the Norwich Puppet Theatre’s repertoire.
The company is based in a theatre in a converted medieval church. It is one of only three building-based puppet theatres in England and is home to a family of puppets spanning 30 years.
The show will be at the community hall on Saturday, October, 24.
Tickets for the family-friendly show are £6.50 for adults, £3.50 for a child, and a family ticket is £18.00. Contact 01665575196 or book online at www.highlightsnorth.co.uk
