Popular festival is back for ninth year

Northumberland’s only alternative music festival returns for its ninth year on Saturday, December 28.

Out of the Trees will see some of the region’s finest and most eclectic musicians perform in Warkworth.

This year’s event will feature sets from the likes of Sky Larkin (Wichita Records) Rivals, Richard Dawson, Hannah D’arcy and Ajimal, featuring Tessera Skies.

The day-long festival takes place in The Hermitage Inn, The Masons Arms and in the Memorial Hall.

All proceeds from this year’s event will be split equally between The British Red Cross Philippines Appeal and The Sir Bobby Robson Foundation.
