Exhibition showcases beauty of the county

An exhibition which showcases the beatuy of Northumberland has just under two weeks left to run.

Simply titled Northumberland, the exhibition at Felton’s Gallery 45 depicts images of the county which celebrate its beauty from coast to country.

Artists showing work include Sarah O’Dowd, a landscape artist who mainly uses oil and acrylics on canvas.

Former Alnmouth Arts Festival poster competition winner Katherine Renton, also has work on display. Katherine’s recent oil paintings are those that are being showcased.

Kate Stenhouse’s love of her surrounding landscape and rural lifestyle, are reflected in her paintings.

Photographer Lee Kershaw also has work on display alongside Malcolm Coils and Linda Mumba.

A selection of goods and crafts made in Northumberland will also be on offer at the gallery.

The exhibition will run until Thursday, September 8.
