With three weeks to go and an unassailable lead, The Travellers were crowned league champions with a 6-1 win against AWMC Bar.

Team Dinga carried on their good form against The Oddies B winning the singles 3-1 despite Des Hope from The Oddies hitting a 180.

Both pairs went the Dingas way, the teams to The Oddies, making a final score Team Dinga 5-2 The Oddies B.

The Gate Bar A won their first two singles against The Alnwick Arms. D Browning of The Gate recorded his second 180 of the season.

Ryan ‘Brushstrokes’ Kent started the comeback for The Arms, who then went on to win all remaining points, and the match 5-2.

AWMC B won three of the four singles against The John Bull.

The Club won the first of the pairs but The John Bull went on to win the final pairs and the teams to leave a final score of AWMC B 4-3 John Bull.

B Division

Alnwick Golf Club hosted The Oddies A.

The points were shared in the singles, The Golfers won both pairs and The Oddies took the teams.

The Fleece travelled to The Farriers where the Shilbottle team were on top form winning the singles and the pairs without reply.

The Fleece managed to scrape a point in the teams, final score The Farriers 6-1 The Fleece.

Shilbottle Club B got off to a good start against AWMC C.

The Bottlers went 3-1 up after the singles, the points were shared in the pairs but the Alnwick veterans took the teams.
