Northumberland Cricket Board Limited has organised the competition, which will take place at a number of venues throughout the county and will culminate in a Champions League-style event prior to Christmas.
The Surridge Sport Indoor Cricket League is aimed at providing an opportunity for all abilities.
Teams are to comprise eight players, who are aged 15 and above, and players can purchase team clothing, together with their own logo.
The format has been designed for maximum participation with a high-level of physical activity, but no previous cricket experience is required and all matches will be played with incredi-ball.
The competition at Alnwick will be held at the town’s Willowburn Sports and Leisure Centre.
It will take place on Wednesdays, from 7pm to 9pm, starting on September 21.
It costs £24 per team, per game, and teams must register by Friday, September 2.
