Runners can still enter the Festival of Alnwick Les Allcorn 10K.
The event takes place on Tuesday and participants can register on the night.
The run, which is organised by Alnwick Harriers, has been moved from its usual slot in May to coincide with the Olympic Torch visiting the town, as well as the Festival of Alnwick, which starts on Saturday.
A multi-terrain event on private roads and tracks, the race takes place in the town’s scenic Hulne Park.
The senior 10K run (16years and over) starts at 7.30pm.
Entry on the night is £10 affiliated runners and £12 non-affiliated runners.
There is also a junior fun run (8years to 16years), which is around 3K in length, and starts at 6.30pm.
Entry on the evening, including a T-shirt, is £4.50.
For the second year running, the race, which offers a generous prize list, will be sponsored by Atlas Joinery.
Refreshments and hot drinks will be available after the run.
There is free parking near to the race-registration area and it is a 10-minute walk from registration to the start.
