Festive fight night on the bill

Tickets are now on sale for a showcase of amateur boxing.

This year’s Festive Fight Night takes place on December 14. The popular event, organised by North Northumberland Amateur Boxing Club , has become an annual fixture in the sporting calendar and will feature a host of local boxers.

Organisers are also hoping to attract a select Scottish team.

The fight night is being held at Alnwick’s Willowburn Sports and Leisure Centre from 7pm.

Tickets are £12 and are available in advance or on the door on the night. Corporate tables can also be booked.
