In the early stages of the game the visitors were on top and missed some good chances to take the lead.
Newbiggin took a two-goal lead before Johnny Gill pulled a goal back for Harrow.
In the second half, the home club had the better chances and added two more before the final whistle.
Goalscorers for Newbiggin were Colin McLelland and John Bone, with two apiece, topped off by a single strike from Michael Freathy.

The game was fairly evenly contested throughout but it was the visitors who took a fifth-minute lead through Ryan Taylor.
Lowick equalised just before half-time when they were gifted an own-goal.
After half-time and with the wind at their backs, Lowick finished stronger and took the points thanks to two further goals after 55 and 70 minutes.
All other games postponed.
