Lowick United 2015 Club Presentation Night

More than 100 children and their families attended the recent Lowick United FC annual end-of-season awards presentation.

The big winner of the night was Taylor Hemmings from the Girls’ U12 Squad as she picked up the prestigious Raymond Hogg Memorial Award for the best junior player of the season from Raymond’s wife Janet. Raymond played for Lowick in the 1950s before joining Berwick Rangers and then Aston Villa.

The club colours of claret and blue came from the donation of an Aston Villa kit to Lowick.

The other winners were:

U8s: Jack Storm, Edward Campbell, Liam Ainslie, Joseph Close, Carter Turnbull, Jay Coull, John Fairbairn, Jack Pagan, David Todd and Jack Allison.

U10s: Riley Wilson, Joshua Hogg and Forbes Lathangie.

U12s: Daylan Eden, Kyle Newton, Rory Lethangie and Nathan Cleghorn.

U 12s Girls: Peggy Mein and Rhiannon Wood.

U14s: Dylan Newton and Andrew Hogg.
