Only one tie was played in the Bill Reveley Cup and Newbiggin Bankhouse won 6-1 at Village Inn Longframlington, as David Jobson helped himself to four goals.

The only game in the George Cave Cup was a close affair but Amble Dock went through after a 3-2 win at home against Morpeth Chantry. David Snaith (2) and Mick Straker won it, with Danny O'Connor getting both the visitors' goals.

In league action, Red Row Brick Club beat table-toppers Travellers Rest 1-0 in the big game in Division One. A Shaun Blacks goal won it for the hosts.

Woodhorn Lane's impressive start continued in a derby game against Linton & Woodhorn.

Michael Freathy put the visitors ahead but Ben Davidson levelled and Ant Wright got the winner to make it 2-1. Morpeth Wansbeck Riverside got their first league win of the season at Stobswood Welfare, as two Ashley McAlpine goals were enough for a 2-0 victory.

Division Two leaders Bomarsund stretched their lead at the top with another goal blitz against Bedlington Station. Alex Lawson (3), Aidy Grey (2), Kris Grey and John Bone were the home marksmen in a 7-1 win.

Liam Candlish and Ben Lurkin put Bedlington Station Railway two up against Castington but it wasn't enough as three goals won it for Castington.

Division Three had only two games and it was goals galore as Felton and the Block & Tackle got a point each in a ten-goal thriller – 5-5 the final score.

But North End Trap once again stole the headlines with an 11-0 home win against Base FC Ashington, Adam Shanks scoring another five goals to take his league tally to 18 goals already.
