AN Alnwick body-builder is preparing to flex his muscles against the best in the world at a global competition.
Muscleman Harry Ainslie, 20, is training for the WABBA World Championship in India next year.

Harry, the Teenage Mr Britain Champion, was asked to compete in the event by his sponsor PerfectUK while he was at a show in London.

And Harry is relishing the global muscle showcase.

Personal trainer Harry said: "It will be good to compete outside of the UK.

"I have had a look at some of the pictures from WABBA and I think I could go in there and do a little bit of damage."

To tone his body, Harry is currently working out six times a week and eating a belly-bursting eight meals a day including chicken, rice, potatoes, cottage cheese and meal replacement drinks.

He will also introduce cardio-sessions at a later date.

Harry, who trains at No Limits Gym in Alnwick, is also training for other competitions.

Before the World Championships in November 2009, Harry is preparing for the NABBA U21s in May and the WABBA European Championships in Russia next June.

For more information on Harry visit his website at www.harryainslie.co.uk

- Harry also runs a Boxercise class. The sessions are every Wednesday at 6pm at Alnwick's Duchess's High School. Sessions are £3.50. For more information contact Harry on 07828 697391.
