Best time for Sarah

POCKET-ROCKET Sarah Wilkes has run a new personal-best time.
The running starlet raced to a 5K PB in 20min 02secs.
It earned her a fourth place finish out of 2,000 entrants in the Cancer Research UK's Race for Life in Exhibition Park, in Newcastle last Sunday.
The Warkworth youngster was also joined by mum Jane. Her 25min 57sec time gave her a 40th place finish.
The pair ran for Jane's uncle Michael who is one the first people to have been identified and successfully treated in the NHS bowel cancer screening programme which was introduced in 2008.
The Wilkes running duo raised £50 for the cause.
