In response: ‘Fluffy pests on the road’

I’m flabbergasted, shocked and stunned that Mr Palmer, (Northumberland Gazette, June 25), not only thinks it’s okay to mow down rabbits on the road, but that everyone should agree with him.

I have a rabbit at home. He is like one of the family – he comes everywhere with me, be it on holiday or visiting friends. I can’t imagine life without my rabbit, called Henry.

If Mr Palmer would like to come and see my rabbit then I’m sure he would see how much pleasure they bring and would change his actions.

So no, Mr Palmer – I, for one, do not agree with you.
