HOSPITAL: Some selective hearing maybe
When the Government wants to do something like leaving the EU it says it is 'listening to the will of the people'.
When the CGC wants to do something like closing in-patient beds in an isolated cottage hospital it refuses to listen to the people.
Does democracy suffer from selective hearing?
