You may remember me – I am the little tree at the top of Castle Street in Warkworth.
I wrote to you and you kindly published my letter a couple of years ago, because I was so sad that all the trees in the village had been decorated with beautiful silver Christmas lights, but I had not.
This year, I have been, and I feel so special.
To be decorated, just like the big trees all the way down Castle Street, makes me feel like a real Warkworth villager and I couldn’t be happier.
Thank you to the people who thought to include me at last.
This will be my happiest Christmas ever. I wish all your readers a happy Christmas too.
