Following their succesful sponsored kayak trip down the Coquet recently, members of the Interact Club of Coquet and Aln presented a cheque for £534.50 to Wishing Well, which is a charity to help underpriviliged children in Ghana.

This represents 50 per cent of the total collected. The other half is to be donated to The Hillcrest Respite Centre for people with Aids in Durban, South Africa.
