Tickets are still left for this month’s rearranged Jessie J concert in Alnwick.
The Pastures gig was due to take place on July 21 but was postponed because the pop megastar had a virus.
All 12,000 tickets had been snapped up for last month’s show, but around 1,000 have been returned since the Price Tag singer had to reschedule.
The new date is Saturday, August 25.
“It was a real shame for everyone that Jessie J had to cancel but we are now all systems go for the new date,” said Keith Louch, of promoter KAL Music. “We had just about finished setting up last time when we heard Jessie J had to pull out and we’re sorry for all fans who are not able to make the new date.
“We will be in Alnwick at the beginning of next week to start building the stage on Tuesday. Thankfully, it is a lot drier this time so we are in for a really fantastic show.”
Support acts will be A*M*E, a teenage pop singer who is signed to Gary Barlow’s record label and James Jay Picton, who recently supported Rebecca Ferguson.
Gates open at 5pm and the entertainment begins at 6.30pm. Jessie J, who sang at the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games on Sunday, will take to the stage from about 9pm and is due to perform a 75-minute set. Tickets are available from www.seetickets.com or from Alnwick Playhouse, by visiting www.alnwickplayhouse.co.uk, calling 01665 510785 or by visiting the venue itself.
Original tickets are valid for the new date.
