A wide range of stalls and producers will be at the annual Rothbury Food and Craft Festival, which takes place this bank-holiday weekend.
The popular fair, which was started more than seven years ago, is being held on Monday, from 10am to 4pm.
Entry to the event is free and the range of exhibitors should tickle the tastebuds of food and craft lovers.
Traders at this year’s event include Hadrian’s Pizzas, Coquet Chocolates and Whisky, Forge Crafts, the Great Northumberland Bread Company, Northumberland Cheese Company, Northumbria Muffins.
This year also includes Kitty’s Homemade Ginger Wine, Simply Pour and Make, Pies R Us and a very interesting appearance from Northumberland Poultry.
The fair was started in 2008 as a small, family event with only 20 stalls, but it has grown over the years.
It has attracted praise from festival-goers for its variety, organisation and family-friendly, relaxing atmosphere.
Organiser Helen Foggon said: “Starting out as a small, family event with 20 stalls, the festival has grown in popularity with traders and the public alike year on year.
“More than 10,000 craft and food lovers have flocked to this lively, bustling event, which now boasts more than 60 stalls, to browse the wares, sample some delicious food and drink and enjoy its picturesque riverside location.”
Some of the new stall-holders this year are Simply Cheesecake, and Simply Pour and Make, which do exactly what it says on the tin.
There will also be live performances from Alnwick singer Lewis Denny and the North Tyneside steel band throughout the day.
Car parking will be available throughout Rothbury and there will be directions to the festival upon entering the village. Signs to the festival marquee will also be up throughout Rothbury.
