AN annual Easter horse ride will be held again this year.
On Easter Monday, April 25 the Percy Hunt is hosting its ride to the coast - with a different course for 2011.
The route starts at the point to point course at Ratcheugh and will go to Sugar Sands beach at Boulmer and back on a circular route of around eight miles.
Riders can use the hunter trial course for a warm up and to have some fun or for schooling then take their horses for a swim when they reach the sea.
Parking is at the point to point course. Refreshments and easter eggs provided. First rider starting at 11am last rider leaving at 1pm.
Adults £18, children £15 with the proceeds split between the Great North Air Ambulance and the Percy Hunt. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. For more information contact organiser Harry Chrisp on 01665 577243.
