A SPECIAL memory share event is being held this weekend, as part of an upcoming commemorative display at Alnwick’s Bailiffgate Museum.
Volunteers at the attraction are currently putting together an exhibition which celebrates the venue’s 10th anniversary.
Bailiffgate 10 – Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow – opens on March 30 and will include previously unseen items from the collection.
As part of this exhibition, there will be a display about the former St Mary’s Church, which was transformed into the museum a decade ago.
And on Saturday, people are being invited to the attraction to share their memories about the church, such as if they worshipped there or attended any weddings or funerals.
Anyone with memorabilia or photographs of the church should bring them along to the free event, which runs from 10am to 2pm. For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the museum on 01665 605847.
