Police appeal for missing woman

Police are appealing for help to trace a missing woman, who has gone missing before and is known to visit Northumberland.

Lynda Foulkes, 46, was last seen at 11am yesterday at Cedar House, in Denmark Street, Byker, where she is currently living. It’s believed she’s driving a vehicle, a black Honda Jazz, registration ND62 XDP.

She has been reported missing previously and often frequents Northumberland lakes – such as Bolam Lake and Kielder Water – and the coast. She also has addresses in the Manchester area and has been found previously in Scotland.

Lynda is described as white, between 4ft 9ins and 5ft 1in tall, of slight build with short dark curly hair. It’s not known what she’s wearing, but when she left she was carrying a bag.
