Here are a selection of the latest planning applications submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Alnmouth: Neil Blackwell Brown, Seafield House, 18 Northumberland Street, listed building consent for alterations and restoration to east windows, north gable, east dormers, east elevation paintwork and damp-proofing.

Alnwick: Andrew Phillips, 19 Market Street, new access door within courtyard to first-floor flat; Neville Henderson, 66 Swansfield Park Road, single-storey rear kitchen/dining extension and side garage extension.

Amble: Katheryn Roberts, 11 Leslie Drive, first-floor extension over ground-floor bedroom; Stephen Potter, 1 Scott Street, two-storey rear extension to form kitchen/dining area with bedrooms above and demolition of rear extension.

Bilton: Mr & Mrs Julian & Sarah Board, Sea View Cottage, Main Street, front extension, reinstatement of chimney and decking.

Felton: Amanda Storey, Acton Stables, two-storey extension to east, porch to west, single-storey extension to south with balcony above and detached plant room.

Seahouses: Scott Priestley, 22 Main Street, retail booth.

Swarland: David Blackshaw, land west of Swarland Equestrian Centre, Old Park Road, demolition of indoor riding arena and outbuildings and erection of 15 residential units with garages and alterations to private access road.

Wooler: Arthur Punton, 6 Queens Road, demolition of rear extension with modern replacement and creation of bathroom within first-floor roof void; Simon Fitton, The Old Vicarage, 26 Cottage Road, extension and internal refurbishment works to create additional bedrooms, activity areas, laundry facilities and new lift with construction of seven detached independent living dwellings.
