World-renowned music photographer, Steve Emberton, will be auctioning some of his limited-edition iconic prints at Amble Harbour Day on Sunday.

The auction will start at around 5.30pm and all of the prints will be on display during the event, which starts at 10am.

Steve is an avid supporter of the RNLI. His photographs have been used on album sleeves, in magazines and on TV.

In the 1970s, he worked as the staff photographer for the music paper Record Mirror and he also worked for NME.

Money raised from the auction will go to Amble RNLI’s appeal to raise £200,000 towards the cost of its new Shannon lifeboat. The Harbour Day will also be raising funds for the campaign.
