DEVELOPMENT: Site is Brown landscape
It was interesting to see the Duke of Northumberland lavishly praising the work of the landscape artist Capability Brown, (Northumberland Gazette, August 18).
In that context, it’s a pity that Northumberland Estates pushed through the development of Willoughby’s Bank after a decade of resistance from the council. This site will eventually become a 100-house estate.
