Northumberland County Council election latest: Labour victory in Amble

Labour’s Robert Arckless has retained his Amble seat in convincing fashion, with 575 votes.

He beat Lib Dem, Roger Cashmore, (86 votes) and Conservative, Peter Robinson, (162 votes).

But there was a Conservative victory in Bamburgh, with John Woodman winning the seat with 813 votes.

He defeated Lib Dem, John Holwell, (463 votes) and Labour’s Nicola Morrison (154 votes).
