Following the town and parish council elections at the start of May, Alnwick Town Council only had 11 elected members from a full complement of 18 and decided to co-opt to fill the vacancies.

The next meeting of the town council takes place on Thursday, June 11, at 7pm in Alnwick Council Chamber.
