Will writing help
A NEW will writing service is being offered to older people in north Northumberland.
Research from Age Concern Northumberland shows that one in three over 60s have not made a will meaning their estates are distributed by law rather than by personal choice.
The new service launched by the charity in Northumberland is part of the Age Concern Legal Services which also offers advice on power of attorney, family law, personal injury claims, employment law and conveyancing.
Age Concern offers wills from 85 which are provided in partnership with solicitors Irwin Mitchell, National Law Firm of the Year 2007.
