White reindeer, belly dancers, gondoliers and Father Christmas - these were just some of the characters to be seen at the parade to mark the switch on of Amble’s festive lights. Hundreds of people lined Queen Street to watch the procession which celebrated the hard work undertaken by the Christmas Lights Committee over the past year.
