The NSPCC is calling on people in Northumberland to pull on their walking boots and take part in a new sponsored walk to raise funds for children.
The family-friendly NSPCC Bamburgh Walk takes place on Saturday, September 13, at 10am.
Participants can enjoy a four-mile amble along coastal paths and through the historic village and be treated to scenic views of Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island along the route, which is buggy and dog-friendly.
The NSPCC is aiming to raise £5,000 for local services.
Entry for the Bamburgh Walk is priced at £7.50 per adult and £5 per child, with family entry costing £20 for two adults and two children.
People can find out more about the Bamburgh Walk and register by calling the North East fund-raising team on 0113 2182735 or emailing email@example.com
