Police appeal for missing Amble teen

Police are appealing for the whereabouts of a missing teenager from Amble.

Ryan Scott, 15, has been missing from his home address in George Street, since Monday, September 17.

He is described as between five foot five and five foot seven, slim build with short brown hair.

His family have heard from him, however, he has not confirmed where he is and police are urging him to get in contact.

Inspector Neil Fraser, of Northumberland Area Command, said: “Ryan has contacted his family, however, hasn’t told them where he is or where he is staying and we’re asking him to get in contact.

“If anyone knows where he is or sees him we’d urge them to contact police.”
