Planning applications submitted to Northumberland County Council include the following:

Amble: Mr S Steadman, 1-31 St Oswalds Court, replacement windows and doors to all elevations. Amble: Ms H Bradwell, Milennium Windows, 14 Albert Street, proposed conversion from retail/office unit into chiropody clinic.

Beadnell: Mr D McLellan, 10 The Haven, single storey kitchen extension to rear and loft conversion in roof space to form bedroom and bathroom with Velux roof lights to front and rear elevations.

Christon Bank: Mrs E Thompson, 11 Springfield View, proposed new dwelling (change of house type).

Eglingham: Ms C Brewster, Churchside Cottage, 23 Eglingham Village, trees in a conservation area: to fell 1 sycamore tree; Mr S Connell, The Old Coach House, Eglingham Village, division of The Coach House from one residential unit to two residential units and construction of sun room with timber glazing bars.

Low Hauxley: Mr P Wight, Fernyrigg, 9 Hauxley Links, demolition of existing single storey sun room and construction of single storey extension to side of property.

Milfield: Geo Networks Limited, land south of Wooler Compressor Station, four no equipment cabins to match existing two no cabins on site.
