Budding photographers can learn the basics while trying to capture shots in one of Northumberland’s prime wildlife spots later this month.
Richard Poyer, a member of the Amble Photographic Group and photographer at Howick Hall, is running an introduction to photography session on Holy Island on Saturday, from noon to 2pm.
Those interested can bring along any digital camera as well an appreciative eye for the stunning landscapes of Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve.
Meet at the Window on Wild Lindisfarne building, on the harbour road between the village and Lindisfarne Castle.
Wear suitable footwear and be prepared for all weather. Bring a drink/snack. Children must be accompanied and dogs on short leads welcome.
