Hunt meets despite snow

Members of the Percy Hunt gathered at the Barbican of Alnwick Castle for the New Year's Day Hunt.

The wintry weather did not deter the hounds from gathering at the front of the castle, although no horses were able to attend because of the snow.

Warmed up by a few Percy Specials, a good crowd of supporters watched the hounds set off and the huntsmen and hounds had to make do with a wintry ride out instead.
