People who live and work in Northumberland are being asked to give their views on draft assessments of potential housing sites across the county.
Northumberland County Council is required to prepare a document called a Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA).
The SHLAA allows the council to understand where sites exist with potential for housing development but it does not allocate land for residential use or indicate that planning permission will be granted.
The council has prepared draft sites assessments following input from a range of consultees, and is seeking input from people that live and work in Northumberland.
The authority is inviting comments between now and September 24.
Individual assessments of the sites can be viewed at www.northumberland.gov.uk/shlaa
Comments can be emailed to planningstrategy @northumberland.gov.uk in writing, to County Hall, Morpeth, Northumberland, NE61 2EF.
