Fresh look for village’s community website

A north Northumberland community website has just been relaunched following a refurbishment.

Designed to be even more useful than before, extra menus have been added to make the large amount of information easier to track down.

www.seahousesweb site.co.uk has been online for several years now, designed to attract visitors to the area and to provide directories of tradesmen and community organisations for use by residents. The latest version has a total of 29 pages, currently with a huge range of 324 illustrations.

“The number of photos varies slightly, depending on what’s on the news page,” said Mike Hosken, who runs the site. “The new menus make it much easier for visitors, particularly, to find the kinds of information they need.”

With the new structure, individual traders can have whole-page entries, linked to their directory entries.
