Court date after attempted theft

A man has been charged with an attempted theft from a car.

It happened between January 20 and January 25 at Howling Lane in Alnwick.

Nothing was stolen.

Peter William Pringle, 43, of the town’s Upper Barresdale, has been charged with the offence and is to appear in front of magistrates in Bedlington on April 4.
