Planning applications submitted to Northumberland County Council include:

Alnwick: Philip Wragg, Raggy Dolls, 3 Market Street, change the use of the building from A1 to A2; Paul Grisdale, 72 Chapel Lands, new side extension; John Macfarlane, Alnorthumbria Veterinary Group, Belvedere Terrace, change of use of veterinary surgery to single dwelling.

Amble: Michael Jeffrey, Amble Braid Car Park. Improvements to the car park surface; David Allan, 17 St Cuthberts Avenue, double storey gable extension and single storey lounge extension at rear.

Beadnell: J Thompson, construction of new detached dwelling with internal garage at 124 Harbour Road.

Milfield: Mr A Edmondson, Cheviot Cottage, West Plain, proposed agricultural building.

Newton-on-the-Moor: Mrs S Clarke, Jubilee Hall, to fell two rowan and one ash tree.

Swarland: Jenny Waddell, land and building west of Home Farm Cottages, Swarland, proposed conversion of existing building to a single dwelling house (C3) with associated parking and garden.

Warkworth: Margaret Turvey, 10 Dial Place, construction of a single storey flat roof extension to the rear of the property.

David Sibbald, Lynhurst, Guilden Road, proposed detached 1 1/2 storey dwelling and garage on adjacent land.

Wooler: Mr J Mullins, 4/5 The Square, Akeld, insertion of 2 conservation roof windows to rear lean-to roof over kitchen.
