Amble: Joyce Jenkins, Amble First School, replace current wooden mobile classroom with a more modern double classroom modular unit.

Longframlington: Peter Smith, High Town Farmhouse, construction of a triple bay carport/equipment store.

Mitford: Mr J Jackson, Mitford Cricket Club, demolish existing old and dilapidated pavilion and replace with a new structure.

Swarland: Bill Teasdale, Swarland Mill, construction of double garage with log store.
