Car taken after home break-in

Police are appealing for information after a burglary where a car was stolen in Alnwick.

Between 10am and 10pm on Saturday, burglars broke into a house in Merchants Gardens and stole the keys for a black VW Jetta that was parked outside.

They then made off with the car, whose registration plate is S321 PAC.
