Car fire in Alnwick

Police are appealing for information after a car fire in Alnwick.

Between 8.45pm and 11.40pm on Wednesday, September 19, a Peugeot 406 was stolen from a garage in Clayport Gardens.

At 11.40pm, officers found the car abandoned and on fire in the Ratten Row area.

Anyone with any information into the theft or the fire is asked to contact police on 101 ext 69191.
