Australian chef at latest pop-up event

Australian chef Pip Wallen-Priestley is returning to The Old Dairy in Ford to cook two special dinners this month.

A classically trained chef, now based in Edinburgh, he has cooked at the Dairy before where he was so well received that he has been invited back.

The events take place on Friday, May 13, and Saturday, May 14, starting at 7.30pm, and are part of the series of pop-up suppers that Keith and Lynne Allan host at The Old Dairy.

Pip is renowned for his innovative cooking and has recently cooked for the author and historian William Dalrymple in London.

Among his other well-known clients is Barry Humphries, who regularly popped into his restaurant in Sydney, Australia.
