24-hour gig being held in aid of charity

A 24-hour charity buskathon is taking place later this year to raise money for charity '“ and musicians are wanted to play at the fund-raiser.

Acoustic Magic, which is run by Derek Allan and his family from South Broomhill, is holding the monster open-mic session.

The event is in aid of Diabetes UK and it is taking place for the third year.

The musicathon is being held at Dinnington Social Club, starting at 4pm on Friday, October 14.

The fund-raiser is open to any musicians or anyone who wants to make a donation and they can turn up anytime during the event.
