The county council is stepping up its support for the private rented sector to help landlords and agents deliver more and better rented accommodation for the residents of Northumberland.
The council has announced the details of three new evening development forums for private sector landlords and agents.
Landlords will be able to hear presentations from Martin Wardle, from Robson Laidler accountants, about keeping on the right side of the tax inspector and Liam Howley, from the council’s public protection team, about environmental-health hazards that landlords need to know about.
The events will be held at: Prospect House, Hexham, on Tuesday, February 25, 6pm; Mitchell Memorial Hall, Tweedmouth, Tuesday, March 25, 6pm; Council Chamber, Civic Centre, Blyth, Tuesday, April 29, 6pm.
