GOOD causes are set to benefit from equipment seized by Northumberland County Council.
The council’s public protection service is giving away twelve pieces of the seized audio-visual equipment worth thousands of pounds.
Coun Anita Romer, Executive member for health and public protection said: “Excessive noise has the potential to cause major disturbance to local residents. We will always seek to take action where people refuse to heed the warnings. I’m very pleased that this seized equipment will now be going to help local good causes.”
