New and growing enterprises in Glendale will soon be able to benefit from new facilities at Wooler’s Cheviot Centre.
A new enterprise hub has been made possible through a grant of £200,000 from the North East Rural Growth Network towards the Glendale Gateway Trust’s innovative project.
The plans include converting existing building space into three small office units and a training room, installation of three wooden office pods in the grounds and the introduction of three hot desks to promote remote and agile working for local employees and people who are self-employed.
The new accommodation will provide facilities for start-up businesses and those looking to graduate from a home-working environment in the Wooler and Glendale areas.
