From Whittingham to Uganda
Pupils at Whittingham have a new uniform to celebrate becoming a primary school.
Rather than throwing out their old uniforms, they donated them to youngsters in Uganda.
Headteacher Belinda Athey said: “The children are extremely proud of their new school uniform and we’ve had some fantastic feedback.”
