I would like to make a response to the article on Jacquie Hall, Beware the yellow peril, Gazette, Thursday, July 25.
There have been many dog-on-dog attacks in the local area which are causing concern for many residents.
Certain people have dogs that are dangerous, not under adequate control and are causing harm and near death to people’s much loved pets.
Most people in our local community would be sensible and make their dogs wear a yellow bandana. Unfortunately there are certain people with dogs who would not.
While wearing a yellow bandana would let other dogs owners know to stay away, if the dog owner cannot control their dogs and said dogs have a history of attacking other dogs, then what is the answer?
